If you are a NEW CLIENT and you have not been set up with a portal account yet, please go to our website www.clermontmentalhealth.care and click on the button "Register." This will take you to the required registration form that will initiate the registration process. If you have not filled out the online registration form through our website, you will not be contacted by our staff to complete your registration. Once you have filled out the registration form, please allow 48-72 hours for our staff to respond.
As you complete your registration forms, please pay special attention to our Cancellation Policy. We strictly adhere to our policies regarding No Show's and Late Cancellations (less than 24 hour notice). We require a minimum of 24 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointments including your very first appointment.
If you are a current client and you need immediate assistance regarding your scheduled session, contact your therapist directly.
Please be sure to leave time prior to your sessions to allow for potential technical issues to be solved.
