After an appointment time is confirmed, one of our staff will contact you to receive the $20 deposit. If the deposit is not received in at least 24 hours of the appointment time, the appointment will be canceled.
After selecting an appointment time, write 'Telehealth' in the 'Message to Practice' box if you would like your initial session to be virtual.
We have a 24 hour cancellation/reschedule policy. If you schedule an initial appointment and cancel, no-show, or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the appointment, no refund on the deposit will be given and another deposit will need to be made in order to schedule another intake appointment. Call the practice for additional appointment availability.
