New clients: be sure to include a phone number and email so that we can be in touch with you about your first appointment. Requesting an appointment online does not guarantee or confirm an appointment. Our intake coordinator will be in touch with you about confirming your first appointment and making sure we are the appropriate provider for you.
For current clients, your therapist or intake coordinator will confirm appointments through our portal. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU ARE MEETING IN PERSON OR ONLINE VIA THE COMMENTS SECTION.
Once your first appointment is confirmed you will need to e-sign necessary online forms and consents before arriving for your appointment. BE SURE TO DO THIS BEFORE YOU ARRIVE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT.
If you are unable to access the client portal, PLEASE LET US KNOW. Paperwork must be completed prior to your appointment. PAPERWORK NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE YOU ARRIVE. If this is not done, we your appointment will be cancelled.
AND AS A REMINDER, PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 24 HOURS IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT. NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE SESSION.
