Lincoln Park Therapy Group accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Blue Choice Preferred PPO insurance plans. We are considered out-of-network with some providers; however, we can submit claims directly to UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, and Cigna, with reimbursements paid directly to you.

For Current Clients:
If you are a current client, you can schedule your appointment using the button below. To request additional availability or be added to the waitlist for a specific day or time, please contact your clinician via email, phone, or text.

Important Policies:
Our 24-hour cancellation/reschedule policy applies. If you cancel or reschedule within less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged the full appointment fee.

Special Requests:
Couples Therapy: Please indicate that your request is for Couples Therapy and include your partner’s name and email address in the “Message to Practice” section.
Family Therapy: Please specify that your request is for Family Therapy and provide the names and ages of all participants, as well as the email addresses of all attending adults, in the “Message to Practice” section.
