Welcome to Higher Hopes Counseling and your client portal. We are honored to work with you and your family during this season of growth and healing.
Please read the information below to make your first appointment go as smoothly as possible.
Very IMPORTANT:
You must complete all of your paperwork within 24 hours of scheduling your appointment to keep your appointment.
Please complete it within 24 hours of booking your session, or your appointment will be canceled. You will receive an email with a link to log in to your Client Portal when you schedule the appointment. Your counselor will reach out via call or text after you have received access to your portal.
All paperwork and client intake information is done in that portal. It can be completed from any device and is very easy to use.
To Access Your Portal:
Log in to manage your appointments, join telehealth sessions, and complete paperwork.
If you don’t have a portal account yet or have forgotten your password, please contact our office via email at contact@higherhopescounseling.com so we can send you your login information.

Where Will You Go?
IMPORTANT - At no time, at no office location, may a child be left unattended while you are in session or while you are visiting with your child's therapist. If you need to bring your children with you, please make arrangements with your counselor to have them in the room or to set up another time to speak while they can be attended.
Royse City Office Directions:
If you see your counselor in Royse City, you will come to 200 Plum Str. Royse City, TX 75189
Our offices are located inside of the office building of the First United Methodist Church.
You will park on the side of the building and enter through the Glass door on the South side.. We have two small waiting areas in our lobby.
Make yourself at home and your counselor will be out to greet you when her/his previous appointment is finished.
If you are seeing your counselor in the evenings, the main front door may be locked. Your counselor will open the door to meet you at your appointment time. Feel free to wait in your car.
Kaufman Office Directions:
If you are seeing your counselor in Kaufman, you will come to 2675 TX-34, Kaufman, TX 75142.
Our office is inside Building B, the center building on the campus. Park in front of Building B and enter through the glass doors on the left. When you arrive, please call the number on the gate sign to be let in the property.
We share our office space with a local non-profit so once you enter those glass doors, continue in through the door on the right into the hall and you will see our client waiting area.
Make yourself at home and we will be out to greet you when we are done with our previous appointment.
Greenville Office Directions:
If you are seeing your counselor in our Greenville office, you will come to 2701 Oneal St, Greenville, TX 75401.
If you are coming from I-30, take HWY 34 (Wesley Ave.) North to Oneal Street and make a right. The building is white brick.
If you are arriving during regular business hours, please use the side entrance and wait in the front lobby for your counselor to come and get you. If you are arriving after before 9am or after 5pm, please park behind the building at the back (South) entrance. Your counselor will come to open the door at your appointment time. (The building is locked from the outside after the main office closes.)
Rockwall Office Directions:
If you are seeing your counseling in the Rockwall Annex office, you will come to 6780 Horizon Rd. Sutie #100. Take Horizon Rd. heading South (driving toward Heath away from Rockwall) and make a right on Nolbe Court. Make your first left into the parking lot, and our doors are facing Noble Court. Wait in the lobby, and your counselor will come and get you at your appointment time.
Virtual Sessions Office Directions:
If you are seeing your counselor through Virtual Appointments, your counselor will use the virtual session link in your Client Portal.
You will go to your Client Portal, click on the appointment for that day and time and then click on the Video Icon or Join Appointment Button to access your therapy portal.
At your counselor's discretion, they may use a secure Zoom room, they will contact you to let you know what your Zoom link is, if this is the platform they will use.
If you are seeing your counselor vie teletherapy (over the phone) your counselor will call you at the phone number you have on file.
If you have any issues with finding a location or logging in to your virtual session, please contact your counselor so they can assist you.
Your counselor's email will be there: first name@higherhopescounseling.com.
You may also call/text your counselor as well; they will give you their contact info and phone at the first appointment. PLease save that information in your phone for future contact. You will contact your counselor directly for schedule changes or emergency cancellations.
You may also use the Secure Messaging function inside your portal.
