To schedule an initial intake appointment (60 minutes) with one of our clinicians, please utilize our online calendar! All appointment will be confirmed and you will be followed up by our admin team within 24 hours.

Things to note: All of our clinicians accept all BCBS insurance (Anthem, Carefirst, and FEP), and Aetna. Our self-pay rate of $150 will apply for people who are not in network with the previously identified insurers.
*If you would like us to provide a Superbill for insurance reimbursement, for other out of network insurances, please let our office know!
