Due to high appointment request volume, clients should now call our offices to request appointments. Our on-line appointment system has been temporarily deactivated.
If you are logging in for the first time, you will be asked to provide your birthdate (or that of the identified client).
Log in to manage your appointments, join telehealth sessions, and complete paperwork. If you don’t have a portal account yet or have forgotten your password, please contact our office at Help@Ponoroots.org. You can also call us at 808 589 2367. We do not answer the phones consistently due to client work demands. Contacting PRCC via phone will likely result in frustration if you are running late or need to cancel a session. Please use our client messaging portal for that. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
