- Medication or prescription recommendations

- FMLA/ Disability Determination
- CPS or Court Related Services
Payment Policies: To ensure safety and efficiency, Rhapsody Counseling & Wellness Center requires a card on file for contactless payments. All co-payments, deductibles, and outstanding payments will be processed the day of service at 8 AM. Please ensure funds are available. If your card is declined, your appointment will be canceled, and a $100 late cancellation fee will be applied. For weekend appointments, payments will be processed on the Friday before the scheduled appointment. For appointments on holidays, payments will be processed the day before the holiday.
Clients are required to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees.
Insurance Coverage: It is your responsibility to understand what mental health services your insurance policy covers. For questions about coverage, please contact your insurance directly.
Administrative Hours: Our administrative office is open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM and is unavailable on federal holidays. However, if you have a scheduled appointment, your counselor will still meet with you as planned.
